Nils Vinje founded Glide Consulting in January of 2015 after working himself out of his job as VP of Customer Success for an early-stage SaaS company. The programs he put in place enabled his team to be so successful that after a year, he ended up not being needed on a day-to-day basis.
Nils has a unique perspective given his experience as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) responsible for large enterprise accounts, a CSM team lead responsible for his team’s success, a CS Director responsible for all clients and a VP of Customer Success responsible for the definition and execution of the company's Customer Strategy. The Customer Strategy Method used by Glide Consulting is the result of Nils’ extensive experience serving dozens of fast-growing SaaS businesses as a high-impact consultant for 5+ years. Each engagement helped his clients build world-class customer experiences that drive customer engagement, adoption, and expansion.
