Nils Vinje founded Glide Consulting in January of 2015 after working himself out of his job as VP of Customer Success for an early stage SaaS company. The programs he put in place enabled his team to be so successful that after a year, he ended up not being needed on a day-to-day basis.
Nils has a unique perspective given his experience as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) responsible for large enterprise accounts, a CSM team lead responsible for his team’s success, a CS Director responsible for all clients and a VP of Customer Success responsible for the definition and execution of everything post sale. The 4 P’s framework used by Glide Consulting (People, Purpose, Process and Platform) is the result of Nils’ extensive experience serving customers and building high performing teams.
As a coach, Nils always comes to a conversation with an open mind and works with his clients to help them figure out the right solution. The combination of Nils’ deep expertise and experience as a coach is a powerful combination.
