You might be wondering "what is the deliverable, what is a Strategy Power-up document and what does it look like?"

The Strategy Power-up document consists of 4 areas corresponding to each of the 4 P's (People, Purpose, Process, Platform). Within each P, there will be 3-6 line items. Each line item will have your current situation today, the ideal state and a recommendation for how to get from where you are to the ideal state.

There are going to be some line items where you and your team can implement the recommendation yourselves. There are also going to be some line items where I can deliver the recommendation to help accelerate your progress in that area.
